Food was good. Portions are plenty and very well presented. I hear that the filet is outstanding so that will be the next meal. Service was excellent and the prices were extremely reasonable. This is a definite "must try" spot while in Luleå.
This was the first restaurant I tried in Luleå. Went here on a Monday evening and the place was full. They had really good pasta for a reasonable price. The staff were very friendly and great.
Pastabacken has always been a favorite of my husband and his co-workers. Once I stepped into this dark and charming restaurant and got a good whiff of garlic, I knew tat this would become one of my favs. There is always a daily special and a vegetarian special, as well as a pizza special. These are all delicious and a good value. Their pasta is especially scrumptious! They are happy to make your food spicier and you can customize the amount of garlic. As a Greek American, I love oregano and good olive oil with my garlicky dish, and they have the goods! This is a family owned business and they are all lovely. They are located a bit off of the Main Street, near the Kulturens Hus, but it is worth the 2 minute detour!
